1. Order Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before food preparation or order processing begins.
- Once food preparation has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Pre-booking orders may be cancelled up to the cancellation period specified during checkout, if applicable.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Madhampatty Groups reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product or menu item is unavailable.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Technical or operational issues.
- Delivery location is outside our service area.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Order cancelled by Madhampatty Groups.
- Successful payment but order could not be fulfilled.
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
- Payment deducted but order was not confirmed due to technical issues.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are generally initiated within 2 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider, the amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Orders cancelled after food preparation has started.
- Orders delivered successfully.
- Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Taste preferences after successful delivery, unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive:
- an incorrect item,
- a missing item, or
- a damaged order,
please contact our customer support within 2 hours of receiving the order. We may request order details or photographs to help investigate and resolve the issue.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please wait for the payment gateway’s reconciliation process. Most failed transactions are automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider.
If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your transaction reference.
