After completing Bachelor of Science in CT from Ramakrishna Engineering College with Gold medal), he did a computer animation course at S.A.E , Race Course that made him to kick start his career as a Graphic Animator. He quit his profession and decided to undertake the family business to get into greater heights. Realized the need of education and experience to perform well in any industry, he did Catering and Hotel Management at Government Polytechnic followed by training at Alankar Grande Hotel.

After his takeover of family business, he focused on the food quality, presentation and service ambience. The company gets elite customer groups and repeated customers because of his people/customer oriented nature and started handling very huge crowd events frequently. Handled 30,000 members for a dinner.

Mr. Krishnakumar T

Director

Krishnakumar T, an engineering graduate in EEE from Coimbatore Institute of Technology started his career as a Lead Engineer at VLSI Division-HCL technologies, Chennai and had an onsite work experience at United Kingdom and Singapore. He quit his job and joined with the family catering business.

He has always seen his father as a ‘role model’ which is the first motivation for him to quit IT industry and become an entrepreneur. He is a Task oriented person and technophile who believes in “attaining leadership through innovation”. After his entry, the company has been registered as “Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality Pvt Ltd”. The company is all set for “a journey of transformation” to catch up with the latest trends and technology as a continuous practice.

He mainly focuses on the R&D of the business to create software/hardware (mechanical) solutions for better productivity and attain a monopoly position through innovation.

Mr. R. Ravichandran

Head - Business Operations

R. Ravichandran, MCS started his career with TM Mohanraj & CO (Chartered Accountant) as an audit assistant and worked for 7 years. Followed by stints in leading companies including ELGO-Cool Tread, Mahyco Seeds Ltd, Suzlon, Watertec, he served in several capacities for almost a decade. He migrated into a different realm of profession by joining Lakshmi Catering in 2008.

Currently at LCS, he is taking care of all provisions purchase, sub vendor management, human resource allocation and accounts. He is a well known for his ‘never say no’ attitude and working under pressure. He is an excellent organizer who makes sure things are in place.

S. Vimalraj

Head - Event Management & Production Support

S. Vimalraj is a graduate in Commerce (Computer Applications) and completed professional course in Catering and Hotel Management at Government Polytechnic, Coimbatore. He started his career as a mechanic by experience at SJB, Coimbatore and worked for 3 years. Later, he decided to associate with the family business and joined Lakshmi Catering.

He is specialized in provisions list preparation and verification for customer’s choice of food menu, event management. He is in charge for the co-ordination between the employees and clients, ensures the quality of food and service. He has well experience in managing expected and unexpected crowd handling.
